In 2012, Yuehao Purchased the “IPAD” building in Yiantian District of Shenzhen at the price of ￥300,000,000 (US$ 50,000,000).  This building makes a reputation because of an intellectural property lawsuit between Apple and a Chinese IT company Proview, and it therefore becomes a milestone of the Chinese intellectural property development.

The building is currently undergoing extensive restoration and upgrade. In this building the China Jewellery Cultural Innovation Center (the Center ) will be established. The Center is going to be an integrated precinct of Jewellery industry related businesses, ranging from jewellery design, production, processing, and quality control , to information, logistics and financial services.
